We may require a deposit, as is the industry standard for the services that we offer. Any requirement for a deposit will be included in our quote to you.
Cleaning should be done at least every six months, in environments where the weather elements are harsher, such as beachfront properties or geothermal areas may require cleaning every two or three months.
Remove environmental deposits with a wet sponge, and use a soft brush or cloth along with a mild household detergent in warm water to remove surface dust, salt and other deposits. Rinse with fresh water to remove any remaining detergent. Avoid the use of aggressive solvent cleaners, especially near joints and plastic components.
